Aimée Donoho is a therapist, educator, and wellness advocate with a diverse background in mental health, education, and cultural geography. She brings a unique lens to educator well-being, drawing from years of experience supporting students, families, and teachers across a wide range of communities and learning environments.

Combining her Master of Social Work and an MA in Cultural Geography, Aimée integrates therapeutic insight, brain-based tools, and a deep understanding of belonging and nervous system health. Her work focuses on helping educators reconnect with themselves, regulate stress, and build sustainable self-care practices.

Based on Hawaiʻi Island, Aimée is the creator and host of The Ripple Effect: Helping Teachers Thrive, a podcast designed to uplift those in education through meaningful stories, expert insights, and practical tools for emotional wellness—because when educators thrive, the ripple effect transforms students, schools, and communities.
